The stunning villa from the late 1950 has just been renovated and furnished.
It consists of two apartments connected by an external staircase (if desired) and equipped with separate exits and no shared space:

the upper floor and its terrace with breathtaking views of the gulf of Marina Piccola and two bedrooms, in addition to the living room, the very modern kitchen and two bathrooms;
with a green terrace and a
bedroom in addition to the living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.

On request you can enjoy the entire villa , which can accommodate up to 10 people: 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms + 2 double sofa beds in the large living rooms.
